When you create an account, submit a campaign inquiry, book advertising inventory, or contact us, we collect information you provide directly, including:
- Account information: Name, email address, company name, job title, phone number, and billing address.
- Payment information: Credit card numbers, billing details, and payment history. Payment card data is processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor and is not stored in full on our servers.
- Campaign data: Campaign plans, creative files, target market selections, budget information, and performance preferences you input when using the Platform.
- Communications: Messages you send us via email, contact forms, or support channels, including feedback, inquiries, and correspondence.
- Profile information: Any additional information you choose to add to your account profile.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access the Platform or website, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information:
- Device and browser data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, screen resolution, and referring URLs.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, search queries entered within the Platform, time spent on pages, click patterns, and navigation paths.
- Session data: Login timestamps, session duration, and Platform interaction logs used for security monitoring and product improvement.
- Location data: Approximate geographic location derived from IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location from website visitors.

- OOH operators and media vendors: Contact information and account data provided by our inventory partners when they onboard to the Platform.
- Analytics and measurement partners: Aggregated and anonymized audience data from our measurement partners used to provide campaign performance reporting. This data does not directly identify individuals.
- Business intelligence sources: Publicly available company information used to enrich enterprise account profiles.
- Referral sources: If you are referred to OOH My Media by a partner or agency, we may receive your contact details from that referral source.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
2.1 Providing and Operating the Platform
- Creating and managing your account
- Processing campaign bookings and payments
- Delivering campaign planning tools, inventory search, and performance reporting
- Sending transactional communications including booking confirmations, invoices, creative spec notifications, and campaign status updates

2.2 Improving the Platform

3.1 With OOH Operators and Inventory Partners
When you book advertising inventory through the Platform, we share the information necessary to fulfill your booking with the relevant OOH operator, including your company name, campaign details, creative files, and billing information needed to process the transaction. Operators agree to use this information only for the purpose of fulfilling your campaign booking.
3.2 With Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:
- Payment processing (Stripe)
- Cloud infrastructure and data storage (Amazon Web Services)
- Email delivery and marketing automation
- Customer support platforms
- Analytics and business intelligence tools
- Campaign measurement and attribution vendors
These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide services to OOH My Media and to maintain appropriate security measures.
3.3 For Legal Compliance
We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of OOH My Media, our users, or the public.
3.4 Business Transfers

4. Advertising Measurement and Audience Data
OOH My Media is an advertising technology platform. A core function of our service is providing audience data and campaign measurement to help advertisers understand the reach and impact of their OOH campaigns. This section explains how we handle data in the measurement context.
4.1 Audience Data for Campaign Planning
The audience data we surface in our inventory planning tools is aggregated and anonymized demographic and mobility data licensed from third-party data providers. This data describes the characteristics of audiences that pass specific OOH placement locations age distribution, gender distribution, household income indices, behavioral interests but does not identify or target specific individuals. We do not use this data to build individual user profiles.
4.2 Post-Campaign Measurement
For post-campaign measurement including impression verification, reach and frequency analysis, and store visit attribution, we work with third-party measurement partners who process device-level location data under their own privacy policies and consent frameworks. OOH My Media receives only aggregated, anonymized measurement outputs total impressions delivered, demographic reach estimates, attributed visit lift percentages not individual-level device data. Our measurement partners operate under data processing agreements that require them to handle individual-level data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
4.3 Advertiser Campaign Data
Campaign performance data generated from your campaigns impressions, reach estimates, demographic reports, attribution results belongs to you as the advertiser. We use aggregated, de-identified campaign performance data internally to improve our platform and benchmark performance across the inventory network, but we do not share individual advertiser campaign results with other advertisers or third parties without your consent.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Platform and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
- Account data: Retained for the duration of your active account plus 3 years after account closure, to support dispute resolution, auditing, and legal obligations.
- Transaction and billing records: Retained for 7 years to comply with tax and financial reporting requirements.
- Campaign data and performance reports: Retained for 3 years from campaign completion to allow for historical analysis and dispute resolution.
- Communications and support records: Retained for 2 years from last contact.
- Server logs and technical data: Retained for 12 months for security monitoring and debugging purposes.
When retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize the relevant data.
6. Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
- TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our Platform
- Encryption at rest for sensitive data stored in our databases

You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at privacy@oohmymedia.org. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to retention requirements imposed by law or legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and legal compliance.
7.3 Marketing Communications
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional communications related to your active campaigns or account.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
